Refunds & Cancellations
Our policies for donations, merchandise purchases, and event registrations. We aim to be fair and transparent in all transactions.

One-time donations
Donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of payment-processing error (such as duplicate charges). If you believe your donation was processed in error, contact us within 30 days.
Recurring donations
- You may cancel your recurring donation at any time through your Stripe donor portal or by contacting us
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Past donations are not refundable upon cancellation
Tax-deductible status
Pain With No Scars, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a donation receipt for your records.
