Natacha's approach

A coaching conversation across a small table, two cups between them

As a survivor herself, Natacha understands the healing journey from the inside. Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in faith, though faith is never required. Whether you're exploring spirituality, strengthening your existing faith, or simply seeking practical support, you're welcome here exactly as you are.

Sessions focus on practical guidance, encouragement, and accountability, at your pace.

Who is this for?

Survivors seeking accountability

Looking for support to stay on track with your healing goals and personal growth.

Those exploring healing

Ready for a next step but unsure where to start? That is what the first call is for.

Anyone wanting personalized support

Whether you've been on this journey for years or just beginning, tailored support meets you where you are.

When coaching isn't the right fit

Coaching works best when you're stable enough to do the work between sessions. There are seasons when what you need is clinical care, and that's a good thing to know.

If you're navigating active crisis, severe depression, PTSD that needs treatment, addiction recovery, or anything that calls for licensed support, Natacha will personally connect you with a trusted mental-health professional she works with. That referral is part of the conversation, never a brush-off.

Common signs you may need clinical care first:

  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
  • Active substance dependence
  • Acute trauma symptoms (flashbacks, dissociation, can't function day-to-day)
  • A diagnosis your prescriber is actively treating

Reach out anyway. Discovery calls are free, and Natacha will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right next step or a clinical referral would serve you better.

This is mentorship from lived experience. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

Natacha coaches from her own story and the years of work that followed. Sessions focus on practical guidance, accountability, and forward motion. They do not replace clinical care.

If you need clinical support, or you're in crisis, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional, call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or contact RAINN at 1-800-656-4673.
